  1. Just what I need. Been on a weight loss journey for about 2 years lost 30lb. 230-200. With extreme calorie counting , water up take & Yoga but it stopped right before the good part. My usual poses only help so much now with aches & pains. But trying these and a few others I felt the local muscles stretch. Thanks.
